This video is 15 min long, offers a variation of mobility warm up using props: stretch band, roller and yoga block. It can be used as full body warm with focus on hip mobility. It’s split in 2 segments to be practised  together or separately,  . It can also be used in short sequences as stations for events. Any dynamic music can be used with this warm up. Repetition of every exercise can vary according to coaches discretion and time availability.
